I gained theoretical knowledge in sales and customer service while studying at the University of Economics in Wrocław and by participating in numerous courses and seminars. I am a member of the international Business Network International (BNI) in Wrocław, the Karkonosze Entrepreneurs Association, and the Regional Barter Club, where entrepreneurs mutually support each other in growing their businesses and share recommendations.
