An occasional lease is a special form of lease agreement for residential properties. It increases security for the landlord, guaranteeing easier recovery of the property from an untrustworthy tenant. The occasional lease agreement, in addition to the main terms, includes a declaration by the tenant to voluntarily submit to eviction in case they fail to meet their obligations. The tenant must also specify another property where they can move and obtain the landlord’s consent to accept them (if the tenant is not the property owner).

You can also terminate the lease immediately if the property is uninhabitable due to significant technical issues or if the landlord violates your rights, such as failing to respect your privacy. Additionally, termination may be justified if the property significantly differs from what was described in the agreement. However, make sure to carefully review your lease agreement before deciding to terminate it.
Yes, based on the lease agreement, you can temporarily register at the rented apartment or house. This can be done at the city’s registration office without the owner’s separate consent. However, make sure to de-register once the lease ends. Registration may allow you to apply for resident parking permits or be necessary for immigration purposes if you are a foreigner.
