I have extensive, long-term experience in the hospitality industry. For 10 years, I held the position of manager, which allowed me to refine my skills in customer service, management, and effective teamwork.

I am characterized by punctuality, the ability to work under pressure, and a natural talent for multitasking. My approach to work is defined by creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, which I pass on to both customers and colleagues. I always strive to solve problems and am not afraid of challenges.

In my free time, I am passionate about high-altitude hiking, discovering new flavors, and deepening my knowledge of psychology.
