Behind the house, two 6m3 tanks are dug into which rainwater is collected from gutters on the roof of the house. Under the terrace there are another 2 tanks of 12m3, from which two cellars have been made.

In the attic, there is a roof window that facilitates access to the chimney and TV antennas and the Internet.

In the dining room in the bay window, a classic folding oak table and chairs with decorative carvings, a fireplace built and finished with natural stone, leather sofas and a classic table with drawers made of mango wood. Plus a new 55-inch TV and Harman Kardon home theater. A large decoration of the living room is a stretch black ceiling with LED lighting and two classic crystal chandeliers.

There is a small roundabout in front of the house, a hardened square, the started bands around the house and garage will be completed as soon as the weather allows for earthworks, a terrace with an area of about 70m2 will also be made with paving stones or terrace tiles.

In July 2022, a swimming pool measuring 732x366x132 was dug behind the house, and preparations are currently underway to construct a wooden terrace around it.
