    Property management - step by step

    Step 1

    Creation and promotion of the listing

    As part of the rental property management service you will receive a professional agent who will create a detailed listing of your property, including photos, film, floor plan and description of real estate in two languages and will take care of its promotion. From now on, your agent will answer customer questions and arrange the viewings.
    Step 2

    Negotiations and signing of a lease agreement

    Your agent will negotiate, prepare a lease contract that protects your interests and complete other formalities. On the basis of a power of attorney, he may also sign a contract on your behalf.
    Step 3

    Transfer of the keys

    It is also the agent who will transfer the property to the tenant, drawing up a written transfer and delivery-acceptance protocol, in which he will include a description and photo documentation of the current condition of the real estate and meter readings.
    Step 4

    Ongoing property management

    You do not have to worry about the regular payments of rent, minor repairs or control of media consumption. Our managers will take care of all this for you. The manager will also be the first point of contact for the tenant - you no longer have to answer the phone with questions about how to operate the oven, or about the need to replace the light bulb.
    Step 5

    End of contract inspection

    When the term of the lease ends, your property will be thoroughly checked and keys will be picked up from the current tenant. Each time a full inventory report will be prepared, and you will be informed about it.
    Step 6

    New lease

    Before the end of the current lease agreement, the agent will again prepare your property listing and start promotion, so as to ensure the continuity of your property lease. Immediately after finding a new tenant, you will be informed about it and we will sign another contract and transfer the property. We know that the continuity of lease is the key to uninterrupted income.
