    Property lease - step by step

    Step 1

    Searching and viewing offers

    Using the intuitive search engine, you can browse thousands of offers, sorted by several categories, incl. flats, houses and offices for rent. Each listing includes photos, a bilingual description of the property, a video and a plan showing the internal layout.
    Step 2

    Meeting with the agent

    During the first meeting, the agent will ask about your preferences in order to present offers that will meet your expectations. Remember to clearly define what is most important for you, e.g. a balcony, garden, or proximity to public transport or amenities for families with children.
    Step 3

    Real estate presentation

    From the agent's suggestions or offers you find yourself, you can choose the ones you want to visit. You can view them individually or make an appointment with an agent for a tour of a couple of apartments, houses or offices. The agent will provide you with all the necessary information regarding both the property and the rental process, as well as the costs associated with the transaction.
    Step 4

    Submission of an offer, reservation

    When you find an apartment, a house or an office that meets your expectations, do not wait for someone else to overtake you - book the property by paying the reservation fee. You can do it right away at the meeting, in cash or by credit card.
    Step 5

    Preparation and execution of the transaction

    Do not worry about formalities. The agent supports you at every stage of the transaction, making sure that everything goes according to plan and is completely safe. One of the agent's tasks will be to verify the legal status of the property before signing the lease. You will receive the draft lease agreement by e-mail before signing it. Should you propose any amendments, they will be included in the final version of the agreement.
    Step 6

    Property handover

    Finally, the agent will prepare a handover protocol of the property, describing its condition, equipment and utility meters. The protocol will also include photos of the property. On this basis, the condition of the property and utility consumption will be assessed at the end of the lease period.
