We present you Garden Residence - a unique architectural design achieved at Cracow's Zabłocie.
Work on the construction of the Garden Residence was completed in 2010. In the immediate vicinity of the estate there are currently two state Cracow Museums - historical (Schindler's Factory) and contemporary art (MOCAK) Concert Club Factory and the largest non-public school Malopolska Akademia Krakowska. Thanks to the program of revitalization in Zabłocie also has been formed the Vistula promenades and bicycle paths connected to the city network.
Investor awarded the title of Cracow Housing Developer of 2012. At the same time, the creator of the Garden Residence also received the Golden Falcon Award in the fifth edition of the competition organized by the Association of Builders and Housing. The investment was recognized, among others, a unique architectural arrangement of greenery designed on a unique scale, and the courage with which the draft Garden Residence turned deprived area in an attractive and extremely functional residential area (shops, fitness center, service outlets).
